Our adult day program in American Fork provides structured, interest-based groups designed to build skills, confidence and meaningfl community connection.
8:00-8:30 AM: Pickup & transportaiont (wheelchair accessible).
9:00 AM: Program begins with group check-in
Midday: Shared meal & social time
Afternoon: Small group activities and community outtings focused on individual goals
2:15 PM: Cleanup and daily wrap-up
3:00-3:30 PM: Drop-off transportation home

A Program That Evolves Throughout the Year
Our program changes focus three times each year, creating natural opportunities for learning and achievement. Each “semester” includes:
